Parent Education

The School Site Council consists of parents, teachers, staff, and community members. The council meets four times a year to discuss the development of the school site plan and annual budgets.

SSC Dates for the 2022-2023 School Year:

• January 30, 2023
• March 20, 2023
• April 17, 2023
• May 15, 2023

The ELAC committee  consists of parents, teachers, staff, and community members. The committee meets two-four times a year to discuss the needs of students and parents learning English as a second language. We will need at least two parents to agree to attend the district level meetings (DELAC) about two times a year. Please participate and encourage all parents of English Language learners to join in!

Parent Education Nights will be held throughout the school year. Information on school activities, events, and proceedings will be shared with parents via presentations and/or guest speakers. The basis of the meetings is to help educate parents on how to better support their student in their pursuit of academic excellence.
